1. HOW DOES CARNET GUARANTEE AN OFFER IN LINE WITH THE MARKET?

Because CARNET works every day to maintain and expand its network to quality buyers. This ensures that no matter what type of car you wish to sell, we will always receive several bids. The fairest and best bid is the amount that CARNET will transfer to you.

2. WHEN YOU AGREE ON A PRICE, IS IT FIXED?

Absolutely. Subscribed garages placing bids are under contract with CARNET. One of the many conditions of such a contract is that when a bid is accepted by the seller, the buyer in question may not negotiate it in the final transaction. The car must of course conform to the description. If this is not the case, we cannot oblige our buyer to pay the amount offered. However, we cannot oblige you, the seller, to accept a lower amount. We act here as a control body, so you can be sure that your rights are respected.

3. IS THERE A COOLING-OFF PERIOD FOR YOUR FINAL DECISION?

Of course, in some cases you cannot decide right away. For example, you would like to discuss our price proposal with your partner, or you are waiting for an offer from another company. We understand this and therefore provide a period of 3 days (72H) during which you can always accept or refuse the offer. In consultation with you and the buyer, this period may be extended or shortened. Once you accept the offer, you cannot go back on your decision. In that case, there is no longer a cooling-off period because the price of your car is based on possible fluctuations in the market, on which CARNET obviously has no influence.

4. YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE OFFER, WHAT NOW?

As long as you wish, CARNET will continue the search for the right buyer for your car. Maybe it's a convertible and we'd better wait for the first rays of sun to thaw out the market, or maybe the right buyer just hasn't offered up yet. Of course, it can always be that expectations are rather high. Our experts will then inform you in all conscience about this. If you have already agreed to sell your car to another company, we can always stop your file free of charge.
